We were unhappy with the front desk help because the attendant lied about the parking lot across the street to get us to pay a ridiculous amount of money for valet parking. she said we would have to pay $10 each time we left and re-entered the lot and that simply is NOT true. Left a bad taste in our mouths.

Location perfect for my stay. Breakfast is a la carte with good options, service was great. View of the marina from the room was nice to wake up to.

Great location on the marina and easy to navigate to surrounding areas to explore. Wonderful Marina view terrace which we used in the evening for dinner and morning for breakfast.

The location was amazing! You can see the marina and the sunset over the hills. I loved you can walk along the marina path and Downton Venice is a 5 min drive.

The staff were great. They could not do enough for you and made your stay they very best it could be. Will be back for sure! Daniel who managed the pool area was fantastic!

Rooms are well equipped. Staff are always smiling and helpful. Special thanks to Gabbie and Andrea. Very kind of the hotel to leave a nice gesture/gift in the room celebrating my honeymoon visit. Valet and baggage help were easy and fast. This Ritz lives up to its name.
